Mel is the heart and calm energy of Strive2bFit. Alongside her husband Carl, she’s built a space where health and wellness meet real life – a supportive, down-to-earth community where everyone feels welcome no matter where they’re starting from.
With a background in naturopathy and herbal medicine, Mel brings a truly holistic approach to health. She believes wellbeing is about balance – movement, nutrition, mindset, and rest – and loves helping people connect the dots to feel their best. From her own journey of recovering from illness through natural therapies, she’s passionate about empowering others to take charge of their health and find what really works for them.
When she’s not working one-on-one with clients, you’ll find Mel in the gym cheering on members, sharing her knowledge, and making sure Strive2bFit continues to be the warm, encouraging place it’s known for.
