Chris Giannotti

I’m a registered personal trainer with the New Zealand Institute of Health and Fitness (NZIHF), where I qualified in April 2019. With several years of experience in the fitness industry, I truly enjoy helping people achieve their health and fitness aspirations.

My journey in fitness started with volunteering as a rural firefighter in Upper Hutt and being part of the Wellington emergency response team. This experience ignited my passion for supporting others in their wellness journeys.

I recently made the move to the Kapiti Coast for a change of scenery, and I couldn’t be more excited! Aside from personal training, I have a love for volleyball and enjoy coaching various sports to help athletes excel physically.

I specialize in creating personalized functional workouts that not only get you moving but also enhance your physical and mental well-being for years to come. My expertise spans sports training, plyometrics, and free weights, ensuring that we can find the right approach for you.

I also offer a range of fun and engaging classes, including CrossFit, strength training, and cardio, suitable for all ages. My goal is to create a motivating environment where everyone can push their limits and achieve their fitness goals together.
