Combat Cardio Crunch

WHAT IS IT?

This beginner friendly Combat Cardio class blends boxing, pad work and exercise circuits to build fitness, learn some new skills, and burn serious calories. You’ll not only be getting a workout, you’ll also be building confidence and learning some new skills that could help you defend yourself when it matters most.
