Strive2bFit, led by Rebecca, is a fantastic studio gym. For me, at 69, and in part-time paid work, the lunch time strength and core classes are great for me. I've steadily increased the weights I lift, as well as improved core stability. I'm amazed at how the coaches are able to attend to individual needs in a group setting. I joined Strive2bFit about 2 years ago. I have attended various gyms over the years but usually only last 6 months tops and get bored. That hasn’t been the case with Strive - I have regularly attended between 3-5 classes a week and and probably the fittest I have been in years. I’ve been at Strive for 5 months now, and it’s been one of the best fitness decisions I’ve made. After 30 years of working out in gyms in NZ and overseas, I can say Strive really stands out. It has a great community feel, where everyone is friendly and focused on staying healthy. No one judges you here. In fact, there aren’t even any mirrors in the studio! The classes offer a great mix from cardio bootcamps to strength training, all at a competitive price. Love love love the community at strive to be fit. It's way more than a gym, it's whānau. We have done so many different  excursions from the mudder to kapiti woman's triathlon to dirt duathlon to family BBQs.
