Want to share the motivation (and the cost)? We also offer 1:2 and 1:3 training sessions — perfect for friends, partners, or training buddies who want to work out together and split the bill. You’ll still get personalised coaching and expert guidance, just with a bit more banter and teamwork thrown in.
At Strive2BFit, both Chris and Carl are fully qualified personal trainers with years of experience helping clients transform their health, fitness, and confidence. They’ll build a plan that suits your body, goals, and schedule.
